The capacities may be reduced if the average person is above average size. The 25 Passenger Coach is the only vehicle licensed to carry more than it's stated capacities. Niether of the other vehicles are legal to exceed the stated capacities. When organizing a tour for a large group, it can be hard to estimate an exact head count. We find it best to estimate highest case scenario. It it easier to change a reservation for fewer guests than it is for more guests. What Wineries would you like to visit? Typically we can efficiently get you to one or even two Regions. While all three regions may be possible, it could require an early start and extra drive time so pay attention to the regions closest to your pickup/drop off location for the most cost efficient options. How Many Hours? Most winery visits are 75-90 minutes with cashing out and restroom visits to go through a typical tasting flight. Choose the later if your group is more than 6-8 people, the winery has a beautiful view you want to soak in, or if you plan to eat there. Bottle service can make it possible to reduce the time at each winery and some cases reduce cost. At some wineries, depending on the group size and staffing shortages, bottle service could be the only service available. We typically would know the answers to that question before finalizing the booking. If you are calculating drive time for our vehicles, a good rule of thumb to use is to add 20% to regular GPS time. It takes more time to smoothly accelerate, stop, and navigate turns and parking lots while people are holding drinks or moving from seat to seat.
